Terms of Use

Effective and last updated 23 August 2026

By using intelster.com you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the site.

1. Who we are

Intelster is operated by Midstream Collective, Texas, United States. Contact: marcus@midstreamcollective.com

2. What Intelster is, and what it is not

Intelster is a research tool. It compiles information about energy infrastructure projects from public regulatory filings, agency databases, company announcements and outside industry sources. We work to keep it accurate and we do not publish invented data: a field we cannot verify is left blank rather than guessed at. Even so, the information is provided "as is", may be incomplete or out of date, and must not be relied on as investment, legal, engineering or safety advice. Verify anything that matters before you act on it.

3. Acceptable use

4. Intellectual property

The underlying facts about public projects belong to no one. The compilation, structure, scoring, contractor award analysis and written commentary on this site are ours and are protected by copyright. The Intelster and Midstream Collective names and marks are ours.

5. Third-party links

Where a record links to a source, that site is not ours and we are not responsible for its content, its accuracy or its privacy practices.

6. Disclaimer and limit of liability

To the fullest extent the law allows, we disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose and accuracy of content. We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special or consequential loss, or for lost profits or lost business, arising from your use of the site. Nothing in these terms excludes or limits liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited, and nothing in them limits any right you have under the California Consumer Privacy Act or any other consumer privacy law.

7. Corrections and takedown

If a record is wrong, or should not be published, email marcus@midstreamcollective.com with the project name and what is incorrect. We review these and correct the record where warranted.

8. Privacy

Our Privacy Policy explains how we handle personal information, and Section 10 sets out the rights of California residents.

9. Changes

We may update these terms. The date at the top shows when they last changed. Continuing to use the site after a change means you accept the updated terms.

10. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, United States, without regard to conflict-of-law rules, and the courts of Texas have exclusive jurisdiction. This does not deprive you of the protection of mandatory consumer law in the place where you live.
